Stem to Stern Sales is looking to build our team. We host high-quality, professional estates sales on Cape Cod for homeowners. All are welcome for estate sales shopping!

We are looking for individual contractors to work part time in a variety of positions.  Pay is $15 per hour and can vary from a few hours per sale to up to 20.

Sales support

• Customer facing position who works at sales on Fridays and Saturdays.

• Writes receipts for customers who want to purchase items.

• General customer service role.

Project setup and pricing

• Staff that work the project setup enter the estate’s property and transforms it from a home into a retail setting.

• There is organization of items, removal of trash and light cleaning.

• Most importantly, there is item staging where items are displayed on tables and shelves, and priced.

• Work is usually Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Logistics

• Our logistics team is the foundation for our sales.

• In this role, you’ll move and set up tables and displays.

• You can also work the project setup, usually prepping and pricing the garage/basement/shed.

• On the day of sale, you’ll write sales tickets, help customers move their purchases, and at the end, break down the displays and tables.

• Needs to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
