We hold online estate auctions for customers who have less than 200 items to sell, when housing associations do not allow for estate sales, or in situations where logistics are an issue (busy road, no parking, etc).
Our team comes to the home to document, catalog, and photograph the items. We then upload the items to an auction platform and run the auction for anywhere from 4 days to a week. We market the auction to the 32,000 subscribers on EstateSales.net, our mailing list of over 3,200 people, and to over 1,100 on social media.
We then have a pick up day at the home where our crew helps the winners pick up their things.
